About Me

Madison...

Madison...
In July 2009 our lives were blessed with the most
wonderful gift ever! We adopted our sweet little Madison. She is full of energy
and keeps us on our toes. She has a smile that will melt your heart and knows
just how to work her mommy and daddy. Madi brings so much joy and happiness into
our lives and we cherish every moments we have with her!

Easton...

Easton...
On April 20, 2011 our sweet little Easton joined our family. We are so grateful
for the blessings of adoption and the amazing woman that has helped to bring our
family here. We are so excited to have a little guy around the house and look
forward to watching him grow.

Scheels...

We had a long, busy day the day of the funeral.  After the graveside and luncheon, we headed off to check out Scheels.  Pretty sure it is better than Dick's and Cabella's.  I loved it!  They have something for everyone.  We only had about an hour so we walked around and then took a few pictures.  Super fun idea to have the "photo op" area.  Easton thought this bear was awesome!  Look how big it is!
Totally intrigued...
I love how he is cuddling up to it.  He thought it was so soft.
Love this of my two kiddos!
 Caitlyn, Brenton, Madi & Whitney...
Easton wanted in on this action...
Whitney thought the skunks were fun.  Madi and Easton both liked that they could hold them.  We had to pretty much pry it out of Easton's hands. :D
It was about that time that Madi thought it would be fun to disappear.  She thinks it is fun to hide from us in stores.  Then, when we find her, she giggles and runs to hide somewhere else.  I have tried EVERYTHING aside from beating the girl to get her to understand how scary and dangerous that is.  My heart sinks and I am usually close to tears when we find her.  I have always hated the leashes for kids but I am starting to think that she may be getting one for Christmas.  Any suggestions?
My little Easton as we finished up.  I want to get some good pictures to update of my kids and keep waiting for Easton's bruises and scrapes on his head to go away.  I am starting to think that it may be a perma-bruise and I am just going to have to take them with it.  His big head always hits the ground first!  He's still pretty dang cute though. :D
