We got our pumpkins from Black Island Farms. They ended up being all about the same shape and size. I love decorating pumpkins and decided this year I was going to do a Cars pumpkin. This was Easton's first year to clean his. He wasn't so sure about it at first.
Derrick gave Madi and Easton spoons. Since it was his first year, I took it away from Easton. I wanted to see his reaction to the guts. :D
He didn't seem to mind them at all. I think he actually kind of liked playing in it.
After a handful or two of the insides, Easton started spitting in his pumpkin. That's when he was done.
Madi didn't like cleaning hers out and gave it to Derrick to finish.
I tried to get her to use her hand, but she wasn't interested in that at all. This is the only picture I got of her cleaning her pumpkin.
Derrick decided to go with my Cars theme and carved Luigi.
I carved Mac, Lightning McQueen and Mater on mine.
I carved Madi and Easton's too. Madi wanted Rapunzel and Easton wanted Kermit the Frog. So much fun to do pumpkins.
