About Me

Madison...

Madison...
In July 2009 our lives were blessed with the most
wonderful gift ever! We adopted our sweet little Madison. She is full of energy
and keeps us on our toes. She has a smile that will melt your heart and knows
just how to work her mommy and daddy. Madi brings so much joy and happiness into
our lives and we cherish every moments we have with her!

Easton...

Easton...
On April 20, 2011 our sweet little Easton joined our family. We are so grateful
for the blessings of adoption and the amazing woman that has helped to bring our
family here. We are so excited to have a little guy around the house and look
forward to watching him grow.

Tiny Dancer... 6.19.2013

Madi LOVES to dance!  She loves to wear dresses and skirts that twirl.  We have had actual melt downs if all of her twirly ones are dirty.  I saw the petti-skirt and had to get it.  She was super excited!  She decided to put on a dance show for me.  (This is an almost daily occurrence.  Don't let her catch you looking away either. :D) All the moves are her own.  I grabbed the camera so I could catch a few.  Notice that she is pointing her toes all the time.  She is a ballerina in the making!
Easton wanted his picture taken too.
So they danced together...
This is how she ended one of her dances.  I love to watch her and see the pure joy that dance and music brings to her!
When Easton had his seizure my sweet friend took Madi and spoiled her crazy!  These shoes are one of the things she got for her.  Madi has dubbed them her "ballerina shoes". She wore them almost every day  for as long as they fit her.  By the time she grew out of them they were pretty stinky!
I love my little dancer.  She will do a new move and tell me that her madame taught her.  She loves to watch movies that have dancing and tries to learn the steps so she can dance with them.  I enrolled her in dance to start when school does and she is so excited.  I told her that her teacher will be Miss Julie and she was almost in tears because she wanted a madame.  I assured her it was ok.  She will be learning ballet, tap and tumbling.  I can't wait to see how she improves over the year.
